Library privileges shall be extended to the following: 1. CLSU students 2. CLSU administrators, faculty and staff members 3. CLSU alumni with valid ID 4. Institutions with which CLSU has special library arrangements and government agencies within the area such as PhilRice, PCC, PhilMech, BFAR, DOST (CLSU) and others. 5. All members of the CLSU Board of Regents. 6. All others upon payment of ₱ 30.00 per day.

Please send a copy of your thesis, manuscript, or dissertation to library@clsu.edu.ph and allow 1 to 3 working days for the results to be received.

Yes, please message us on the ULIS Facebook Page one (1) day before you visit the library and bring a referral letter from your university. Every Saturday, the ULIS welcomes outside researchers.
