Circulation work refers to those activities in the library, which involve recorded movement of materials from shelves to borrowers. It allows the borrowers to have access to books for a longer period of time.
Personal assistance provided by Librarians to clientele seeking information. Assistance is extended to clients either personally, by email (library@clsu.edu.ph) or through chat at CLSU Library Facebook messenger.

Bulletin Board → Provides information to library clients about events, activities, services, current acquisitions and other information about the University Library.
Library Newsletter → The library newsletter contains library activities, new acquisitions, news items on the library and other materials of interest to the University community.
Web Page → The web page informs students and the general public about the CLSU library's policies, procedures, acquisitions, databases, and other services. However, the university library's web page is now under construction.
Social media → The University Library maintains a Facebook account to reach out to CLSU students and other clientele. They can chat, send inquiries, and request library resources through the FB Messenger.
OPAC → The Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) allows the students and other clients to access and know the different resources available in the University Library.
